The Club Development Conference will take place via two Zoom sessions; the first on Sunday 24th October and the second on Saturday 27th November.
Sunday 24th October 9am-12noon ‘Core’
Focus on the core development topics of Membership recruitment & retention, Instructing, and Financial management.
Saturday 27th November 9am-12noon ‘Core plus’
In addition to the core topics, some of which will see a development of dialogue begun in October, there will be greater diversity of topics to include Environment, Land management, Working with external organisations, and Volunteer management.
