Reporting Airspace Access Refusal
The BGA receives occasional reports from pilots who are refused access to airspace or have received unreasonable directions from controlling authorities when flying in class G airspace.
Any pilot who is refused access to airspace or is otherwise unreasonably directed by a controlling authority should report the occurrence to the CAA using the CAA’s online form FCS1522 available here.
