Club Management Conference

The 2017 BGA Club Management Conference will be held on Saturday 11th November.

Venue

We are returning to Highgate House in Northamptonshire (between Northampton and Husbands Bosworth), which is run by the Sundial Group.

Agenda

As always, we are aiming to provide a useful, thought provoking and helpful day for you. The provisional agenda will be published during the autumn.

The topics will be wide-ranging and based partly on your requests and areas that we’ve been working on. As well as the important news items and update on safety we will be sharing some of the good practices and initiatives from member clubs and participation groups.

In addition to general sessions there will be more focused sessions for Chairmen & Club Managers; Treasurers; CFIs; and people who support and run junior-specific flying activities in clubs.

BGA volunteers, staff and members of the BGA Executive will be attending, giving you an opportunity to talk to them in person about club management matters at your club, or simply to say hello to the faces behind the emails!

Booking

Bookings re now open. The booking form is available for download and should be returned to the BGA office along with payment (£20 per delegate) by 2nd November.

 

Accommodation

Accommodation is available at the venue. Room rates per night for bed and breakfast are £79 +VAT (single occupancy); £99+VAT (double occupancy).
