Bicester Gliding Centre
Bicester Gliding Centre flies from the ex-RAF Bicester Airfield, where gliding has taken place since 1956. The club operates seven days a week, weather permitting. We are a Junior Gliding Centre and Oxford University Gliding Club operates as part of the club.
We have five ASK 13, one ASK21 and one Twin III two-seat training gliders, one ASK 8 and two Astir CS single seat gliders for our members to fly. We also have two motor gliders. We run holiday courses, air experience flights and half-day courses. More details of holiday courses can be found at our gliding holiday web site, and more details about the club are at our main web site.
