BGA Annual Conference
Each year, usually at the end of February or early March, the BGA holds its Annual Conference. The BGA Conference, held at a hotel, has something for everyone including interesting and topical presentations, new gliders on display, and a full range of gliding equipment available to look at and buy. The BGA Conference, which is open to all – ie no need to book – is followed by an evening dinner, which does need to be booked. The dinner is very popular, so we advise not delaying too long when the details are available.
Club Management Conference
The Club Management Conference is an event for club Chairs & Managers; CFIs; Treasurers; and Juniors/Junior Gliding activity co-ordinators. A range of topical subjects are covered, with the opportunity for networking and idea swapping between clubs. For many this is the true value of the event. Booking is required.
