General Aviation Alliance
In support of its members interests, the BGA works closely with the GA Alliance.
The GA Alliance represents some 72,000 subscription paying members of organisations working in in partnership. The members are the British Balloon and Airship Club (BBAC), British Gliding Association (BGA), British Hang Gliding and Paragliding Association (BHPA), British Microlight Aircraft Association (BMAA), British Model Flying Association, British Skydiving, Helicopter Club of Great Britain (HCGB), Light Aircraft Association (LAA), PPL/IR Europe, and Royal Aero Club of the United Kingdom (RAeC). The Airfield Operators Group (AOG) is an associate member.
Current headline priorities for the GA Alliance include airspace policy, airspace change proposals, and strategic regulation.
