Inter-University Gliding Club Competition Success!
Inter-University gliding competition is over!! It was a fantastic week and the home team Loughborough won, with Leicester at a close second.
The final scores were:
1st – Loughborough 6200 points
2nd – Leicester 6144 points
3rd – Southampton 3826 points
4th – Buckminster 2874 points
5th – UWE 2517 points
6th – Nottingham 1117 points
UWE won the Cross-Country Cup with 2167 points!
The Soaring Cup was won by Loughborough with 1108 points thanks to the efforts of their post solo pilots!
Finally, the Progression Cup was claimed by Leicester!
