Call for pilot input to the Competition Rules for 2025
The Competitions Committee considers rule changes for the coming season in October and November each year. If you took part in a rated competition in 2024, we would very much like to hear your ideas for improvement to the rule book.
The main issues that will occupy us this year can be found in the forward to the 2024 Rules and a reminder of all the topics considered last year can be found here.
Unless there is new evidence to support changes, we would rather not go over old ground! That having been said, we would be grateful if you would raise any issues that you see within the existing rule book and propose solutions that we can consider within the timeframe above. Please email compscommittee@gliding.co.uk with your thoughts putting the word ‘Rules’ in the subject line.
