Go for Gliding:

One or two aerotows or two winch launches depending upon weather and soaring conditions.

Flight times between 45 and 60 minutes.

Full day course, available on Tuesday, Saturday and Sunday all year.

Available to 1 participant.

Discover Gliding:

Normally aerotow, however winch launching may be used where soaring conditions permit.

Flight time 20 minutes

Tuesday and Friday evenings from 16:00hrs during April to September.

Available to 2 participants per hour.

Sunday from 11:00hrs to 15:00hrs  every two hours during April to September

Available to 2 participants every two hours

Note:

Participants should contact the Scottish Gliding Centre office to confirm availability and make arrangements for the event.

We will accommodate persons of 13 years and over, however  children under the age of 16 years must be accompanied at all times by their parent, guardian or  adult nominated by their parent or guardian.

When making arrangements and  prior to arrival for the activity, we will ask participants to complete and return a  First Flight Declaration. This includes personal contact details, height, weight, age, next of kin and a medical declaration.

In the event that we are unable to provide the activity, due to weather or other circumstances we will attempt to notify participants, at the latest on the evening before the event.
