The standardisation course

The BGA has approval to deliver FE(S) examiner standardisation training, subject to CAA-approved processes and course content..

We are currently detailing the course programme for CAA approval. We anticipate FE(S) training becoming available towards the end of winter 2025.

Following completion of an FE(S) standardisation course, a course completion certificate is issued. The assessment of competence is carried out with a Senior Examiner (Sailplanes).

Once the new process has been approved, the BGA office will help to arrange training and to connect with an SE(S).
