Learn to fly at East Anglia’s premier gliding club: We operate on Wed/Thu/Sat & Sun throughout the year. We have 3 huge asphalt runways, and winch and aerotow capabilities. Our fleet is a K21with disabled pilot controls, Puchacz, Astir and an ASW-19. We provide training and examinations to bronze XC. Gliding Courses: If you’re just starting out or want to improve, consider a course with us! If you’re a complete novice or a pilot wanting to develop your skills, our friendly and experienced instructor team can tailor the training to your specific needs. Detailed classroom briefings, a number of planned sorties with pre and post activity reviews and feedback. One of our friendly BGA qualified instructors will provide a classroom brief prior to taking you out onto the airfield for a flight in one of our modern 2-seater training gliders.
