Report – Aim for the Sky
This evaluation report examines the impactof ‘Aim for the Sky’, an aviation programme designed to give participants the skills and knowledge needed to carry out aircraft handling. The project also focused on communication, leadership, team-building and career opportunities within the aviation industry. It targeted aspiration, particularly among male students although female students were not excluded. The project aimed to offer opportunities to students from Year 9 – 13 and was a result of a partnership between University Campus North Lincolnshire (UCNL), North Lindsey College and Trent Valley Gliding Club.
