Aircraft owner responsibility
Aircraft owners, who are responsible for the maintenance management of their aircraft, are encouraged to ensure when requesting certified maintenance and/or ARC renewal that the person they have approached is suitably qualified. BGA inspectors are annually provided with an updated BGA maintenance authorisation approval that details their privileges.
