Maintenance guidance for inspectors and owners

Maintenance guidance sheets for specific glider types are under development by the BGA Technical Committee.

The maintenance guidance sheets have been written by experienced inspectors to help inspectors and owners to maintain the more common types of gliders.  Maintenance Manuals and BGA Data sheets have much information, but those familiar with particular types have over many years discovered common snags, gotchas and ways to do things that could be helpful to others.  As new sheets are developed, they will be added. Important note: the maintenance manual and manufacturer/type certificate holder data takes precedence over guidance, which is supplied as an option at the users own risk.

Three have been published to date (DG505, K21 and ASW20) and can be viewed on the BGA Datasheet webpage here.
