Updated FRTOL guidance for SPL conversion applicants!
Whilst processing SPL applications to the CAA, BGA has received several requests from the CAA with reference to updating existing radio licences to include Language level proficiency 6 (ELP6).
The ‘Adding existing FRTOL privileges at the same time as applying to convert to an SPL’ guidance has been updated.
Any applicant who is applying for an SPL including existing FRTOL privileges should read this guidance.
