It is less than eight weeks until the BGA Club Development Conference, an annual gathering for discussing the many aspects of running gliding clubs. It’s an event for hearing the latest developments and for sharing ideas between clubs. Last year a first time delegate was heard to say at morning coffee ‘I didn’t expect there to be so much laughter’. Yes, despite the sometimes challenging topics and questions, we try to ensure it is enjoyable too!
