Monday Evening Club Development Sessions return Monday 7th September
As not everything can fit everything into a one-day Club Development Conference and some topics benefit from discussions during the year, online meetings allow us to stretch the conference. It is also easier to bring in guest speakers to these virtual, standalone sessions. The meetings take place most Mondays at 7.30pm for an hour, usually with time for discussion. Guest speaker sessions usually last for 90 minutes. You register once, then will receive updates and meeting links by email. The Club Development Conference delegates are automatically registered, and you can de-register at any time.

After a break for summer, our programme returns beginning with a session on Inclusion, with guest speaker G Sabini-Roberts. This is a membership recruitment and retention topic for anyone holding a club management role, especially if you get involved with organising or running gliding activities. We’ll be exploring simple ways to make clubs more inclusive and attractive, beginning with communications. G is a highly experienced marketing and educational speaker and this should be an engaging session.
