BGA Club New Member Resource Pack
Welcoming new members well is one of the most powerful things a club can do for its future. It’s about helping people feel they matter from the very beginning. This pack is designed to help your club welcome, inform, and integrate new members in a way that builds belonging.
We know that many new members don’t make it to the end of their first year. But we also know that when people feel part of their club, early on, they’re far more likely to stay, contribute, and become the future instructors, engineers, and committee members our sport depends on. Whether your club already has a strong induction process or is just beginning to explore how to improve retention, these resources are here to support you.
