The BGA Sporting Conference is a free to attend annual conference that in its current format includes a day of presentation on a variety of topics including BGA updates, technical descriptions of new gliders or gliding products, relevant safety and operational detail including airspace, and success stories from various individuals.

Several exhibitors attend in parallel with the conference presentations. The daytime event is followed by an evening awards and dinner event that is paid for by attendees.

This format has been running for several years now. The BGA recognises that conference attendees tastes and interests evolve over time and that the needs and interests of exhibitors change too.
