The usual one day BGA Annual Club Management Conference is taking place online, as a series, focusing on two key themes of membership retention and financial resilience.
The next conference sessions will take place over the second weekend in January – more information soon.
In the weeks separating the conference sessions we are encouraging discussion in a regular Monday night meet-up (7.30-8.30pm), covering one or two hot topics each week. There will be longer, more focused sessions on the last Monday of every month (7.30-9.00pm).
The sessions are free to attend and for anyone involved with managing a gliding club, including people who are showing an interest in stepping up in the near future.
